Get Fit With These Fun Tips
In 2019 we here at Spot Laundromats are challenging you to get fit, and here are some fun tips to help you do just that.
Tip 1
Do toe raises while you fold your laundry.
Tip 2
Squats are easy to do, require no equipment, and can be done while you wait for your laundry to get done. Let’s face it, you have a lot of waiting time ahead of you, we encourage you to use it wisely so that you can do fun stuff after your laundry is done.
Tip 3
Put down the phone, and do some simple wrist stretches. When it comes to being fit, every little bit helps. In this day and age of digital everything don’t forget that your body is a living breathing thing that needs to be stretched, and exercised daily.
Tip 4
Exercise your brain too. Take a puzzle book along with you to the laundromat and give your brain a workout. After all your brain controls everything you do so why not give it the attention it needs.

Too often we think that we need to do an hour workout or nothing at all. Don’t let the all or nothing at all mindset keep you from getting fit in 2019. Doing something is much better than doing nothing. So we challenge you to get moving this year and start looking at every opportunity as a chance to get fit.
