Do I Need Quarters At Your Laundromat?
The answer is NO! You don’t need quarters at any of our laundromats. Each one is either app or card-operated. However, at our app-operated laundromats, you can choose to still use coins. How Can I Check My Laundry Card Balance?
It’s super easy to check your laundry card balance. Simply go to live.laundrycard.com and enter your laundry card number.
How Do I Check My Wash to Win Points
If you use one of our Laundry Cards, you can check your rewards points in-store at the kiosk. Or if you use the Laundry Boss app, easily check it on the app.
Can I Add Money To My Laundry Card Online?
In today’s world, we all want to do things remotely. However, the CCI laundry card does not currently allow you to add money to your card remotely. You’ll need to visit the in-store kiosk to add money.
I’ve Lost My Laundry Card, Now What?
If you’ve lost your laundry card, and you know the laundry card number, or it’s registered to your name, we have a form that you can fill out to help. Simply submit this form>> and someone will reach out within 48 business hours.
I Have Several Laundry Cards, How Can I Combine Them?
Using the refund request form, just give us your laundry card numbers, and we can merge them for you. Be sure to specify which one is the primary card.
How Do I Cancel My Laundry Card?
When using our laundry cards, we do not provide a refund for any unused balance. So, only add the amount of money that you want to spend unless you are a regular customer.
The laundry card can be kept for future use, but if you are moving or just passing through, and wish to terminate your card, feel free to use it on a vending machine toward a snack or soap item.
You can return your empty card to a laundromat attendant so we can recycle.
How Do I Get a Spot Laundry Card?
At our card-operated, Spot locations there is a payment center kiosk on the wall, simply touch the screen and follow the instructions to get a card.
We have many convenient Spot locations near you. You can view each of our locations on the location page. In fact, Spot offers locations in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia.
Does Spot Accommodate Allergies?
Spot uses a standard laundry detergent. However, if you suffer from allergies, please provide us with your own detergent or softener, and specify whether we can use bleach or not. We will mark your detergents with your name and keep them for future use or give them back to you after each visit.
Our washers are state of the art and are programmed to wash and sanitize your laundry like no other.

What Are Your Drop Off Laundry Hours?
Because our hours vary by location, you can view our laundry service drop off times over on our hours page.

How Do I Get My Dirty Laundry To You So You Can Wash It?
If you are using our laundry services, all that you need to do is get your laundry to us. Simply toss your dirty laundry into a garbage bag, laundry basket, tote bag or anything that will hold it.
There is no need for sorting. Then go to your nearest laundry service Spot during laundry service hours, and drop it off at the laundry counter. They will gather your information, take any coupons you have, weigh the laundry and collect payment. When the laundry is done we will notify you via text.
How Much Does Laundry Service Cost?
The average load of laundry in our laundry service ranges from 20 – 50 lb, and the service is as low as 90 cents/lb. It’s cheaper than pizza delivery, and gives you more time back in your week! You can view all of our pricing details on the laundry service page.
