How the Membership Plans Work

Purchase a plan above, then take your laundry to your Spot location. 

An attendant will do your laundry according to your request. When completed, you’ll receive a text notification. Finally, pick up your laundry at your convenience.

Depending on the plan chosen, a certain amount of laundry is included. Any weight over that weight in a given month will be charged at the regular price for purchased services.

Unused credits will expire 2 months from the date issued.
