WASH AND FOLD THE EASY WAY!
It’s the weekend! Are you tired of doing laundry, but aren’t sure how to get out of it? You love that fresh feeling, and you even enjoy doing it yourself. This month, learn how to break free and let someone else wash and fold your laundry for you.
At the end of each week, I try to mentally figure out how I’m going to get it all done. The yard work, house cleaning, gardening, grocery shopping, visiting, and of course, the laundry! Sometimes my planning is all done mentally, even though I have to say it works much better when I write it all down on paper.
THE NO-FOLD SYSTEM
Now more popular than ever is the no-fold laundry system. Basically, you hang everything up or toss it into a basket. It’s super great if you have loads and loads of closet space. There are tons of blogs out there about this process in case you want to learn more, check them out.
LET GO OF SOMETHING
It’s hard to do, but the first thing you’ll need to do is to let go of something. We know, you love to do it all, but sometimes, there just aren’t enough hours in a day or even a weekend. So, decide what you can give up and let someone else do it for you.
Local laundromats, like Spot, offer laundry service that will wash and fold your laundry for you. You don’t need fancy laundry bags, or baskets either. Just stuff your laundry into any bag, box, or basket. Then drop it off and they will text you when it’s ready to be picked up.
So, this weekend, let go of your laundry and your local laundromat will do it for you while you do something else. And by something else, I mean something you want to do!
