If you lost something at a Spot location recently, then this is the spot for you. On this page, you will find out how to report a found item or check on a lost item. So whether you’ve lost or found something, the lost and found spot is a good place to be.

Spot’s Lost and Found Policy

If you found a lost item, please don’t take it home with you. We are a family-friendly business and ask that our customers be ethical with each other and treat others stuff as you would want yours to be treated. For that reason, we’ve created this spot to report and locate lost and found items.

Attended Spot Locations

If you’ve found an item:

Thank you for being responsible and honest. Please turn the lost item into the working attendant on duty, laundry items are kept for 2 weeks and then donated to Planet Aid. All other valuables are kept in a safe place until the owner is located.

Unattended Spot Locations

If you’ve found an item:

Thank you for being responsible and honest. Please leave the item on top of the folding tables in case the person comes back for it. Our cleaners check regularly for left behind items and move them into storage. Laundry items are kept for 2 weeks and then donated to Planet Aid. All other valuables are kept in a safe place until the owner is located.

*Spot is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal property. We recommend that you do not leave your items unattended to avoid confusion and lost personal property.

** Please treat your laundry card like cash. And if you have lost your laundry card, call 866-682-SPOT right away so that we can transfer any remaining balance to a new card. We will not replace any funds that may have been used by someone else while the card was missing, but we will do our best to get the funds transferred right away.
